Sales Tax License Revocations Search

A business may have its sales tax license revoked for failure to remit sales tax collected from its customers to the Department of Revenue or a business may have its sales tax license revoked for failure to remit income taxes withheld on behalf of its employees to the Department of Revenue.

To search for a business with a revoked sales tax license, you may search below by county, city, business name, or Missouri Tax ID Number (Sales Tax License Number).

To report a business still operating with a revoked sales tax license, send an e-mail message to revocations@dor.mo.gov. Your identity and e-mail address will be kept strictly confidential.

A business with a revoked sales tax license should contact their local tax assistance office to comply. Seven tax assistance offices are located statewide to assist businesses with compliance issues.
